I recently had the chance to test drive the 2022 Toyota bZ4X, and I can share a bit about my experience. In terms of range, it holds up pretty well against other electric SUVs in its class, offering an estimated range of around 250 miles, depending on the trim. The technology is quite impressive with a user-friendly infotainment system and some neat safety features.
When it comes to charging, I found the times to be quite reasonable, especially with a fast charger. It can charge from 10% to 80% in about 30 minutes, which is convenient for longer trips. The battery life hasn't shown any issues so far during my drives, but I suppose only time will tell about its longevity.
Handling in different weather conditions was pretty stable. I took it out in the rain and didn't notice any significant slippage, thanks to the all-wheel-drive option. It's quite smooth and offers a comfortable ride overall.
Have you looked into how it compares with something like the Hyundai Ioniq 5 or the Ford Mustang Mach-E? They have some interesting features too!
